I really do hope the holiday season lightens things up for you this year. Utilizing your talents and making somethng joyful is another great way to lighten a heavy heart. Just don't push yourself to paint on here if you're severely unmotivated. Get plenty of rest, water, healthy food, exercise, and as much sunshine as you can. It helps a lot.
