He walks to the nearest toon with low stamina, tracking them down unless aggroed onto someone.
Active:
He plants a cobweb when he idols.
Stealth - 25% transparent, Increases chance of blackout.
I gave Astro spider legs bcuz he has 4 arms and I thought cobwebs would be cool for his twisted. Imagine this giant spider thing crawling at you at Toodles speed. lol.
