so it took place in the street i lived at 2016-July 2024 (i moved out recently)
lets call it the Star Street..
so me and my mom r driving in star street and we see this long weird bike base thingy with 2 wheels and a camera (and a support thingy for it) and when u walk or drive by it the camera just locks on to u like the weird crocodile illusion if yk what im talking about.
and that's the goddang scary part, also it's like 5 meters long and going 3/km or something, very slow
