Flamboyant Bad Guy by Just_Flick
I do love how flamboyant Monn is! One of my favorite characters because of his fantastic attitude. Think Slade from Teen Titans but, yeah, flaming!
Even if he's a bad guy, he's not really EVIL. He's got good in him, and he's doing his best just like all of us. His motivations are understandable (unlike his actions)
