Saint Lucia in the Infection AU is one of the main villains. He is depicted with bloodshot eyes, a ton of pus with eyes covering his other eye, and his arms three times the length of his legs with pus and cysts allover his hands. He is however incredibly fast when chasing and can catch up to his prey with his claws out in a few seconds. And when he grips onto his prey, he cracks his jaw wide open and eats a large portion the victim. Not to mention about his head being chunked off.
