Ya'll, I'm trying to make a background on my Ipad for this draw I'm doing, and as someone who doesn't do backgrounds... How?

Like, I genuinely don't know what I'm doing. It consists of squares for what I'm wanting, but I don't even have a pixel brush! I don't know how to do anything, especially given I'm doing perspective!
