Even if he looks innocent, he IS being CONTROLLED to guide atlas. Hes basically evil in general
Exploiter KNEW feiya was actually evil. Exploiter tried to basically save atlas but atlas was being gaslit by feiya to ignore everything exploiter says
Sometimes you could see feiya injuring himself, because that is ON purpose. He was trying to get out of the control (basically like a "breaking strings one by one" thing)

:star: Nobody knows about feiya except for atlas and feiya's close relatives (and also exploiter technically, exploiter's not a close relative to feiya she just knew about him because she used her exploits)

Even if feiya turned out to be evil, he actually gave out decent advice to atlas and also HE was the one who gave atlas the second layer of their heart

Btw, feiya canonically doesnt have a heart (or in another word, "heartless") so it pretty much makes sense why he was evil. No feiya did NOT give his heart to atlas as a second layer, hes literally just heartless in general.
