i don't wanna be rude but, tbh this isn't a very good idea :'D
there's a lot of people who get upset and feel really bad when people unfollow them, and having a notification slap them in the face whenever it happens would likely just make them feel worse.
there are also people who will (and already do) seek out the person who unfollowed them and take it weirdly personally, coming up to them to ask why they unfollowed or even getting mad. i unfollowed someone once and they did just that which was very awkward and uncomfortable.
most platforms don't actually have a feature like this due to these issues mentioned, and more worse things that could come. people on here (and online in general) put a bizarre amount of importance on follows and unfollows, and this kind of notif would only make things worse /nbr. most ppl unfollow for trivial or nonimportant/personal reasons, and i can only see this kinda notif causing issues
