You could always RNG (random number generate) a legit shiny. no action replay, R4, pokesav, or pokegen needed. It works and is tolerated by nintendo too! I am currently preparing to rng myself a perfect (31 iv's for every stat) shiny spritomb egg in white one. I keep missing the target frame (time).
