I make this food often:
ingredients:
- Zucchini
- Mushrooms
- Pesto (green or red what you prefer)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Pasta
- cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta
- Slice the zucchini and mushrooms, bake them for 8 minutes, - mix pesto and the pasta to the vegetables
- Transfer everything to a baking dish
- put cherry tomatoes op top the dish , add mozerella or vegan cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes

i like greek salad maybe you could give it a try? you will need: cherry tomatoes, olives(i prefer green ones),red onion, cucumber, feta cheese. You can drizzle it with some olive oil and lemon juice. Also, you can sprinkle pepper on it but, dont do too muxh

My biggest advice, avoid spirulina, Betty Lou is the only cook that can put it in her foods without harming people's health.
And possibly Gogurt but ew why.
