Okay so the Fuhais do got their own show and whole amusment park but they don't know that! They've been kept in a small "world" for so long they have almost no concept of humanity or the real world. The devs tried to socialize them once but it went awry so that never happened again. What they think is a normal life is what's being recorded for the show, and Fizz pretends to casually "suggest the activity for the day" that's actually a script.

Fizz and another character named Kurai are the only ones aware of what's really going on, so Kurai's the narrator of the Fuhai Show and Fizz is just playing his parts.
Also it's actually called Fuhai and NOT Fizz's Ultra House of Adventure Inducement. Lore-wise, it was going to be called that but the devs completely scrapped the name and agreed the acronym sounds better and cuter.
