Elsa and the Nokk by batbfan92
So, for this weeks theme, when I read "elements," I had 2 thoughts come to mind. First was the movie Elemental, which I did enjoy, but I really didn't feel like making. The second thought was Frozen 2. I decided to challenge myself to try to create the water effect on the Nokk. (aka the water spirit) I am happy with how it turned out. Anyways, hope you all enjoy!

@laylamay the Nokk is the name of the water spirit or water horse
