claire keeps claiming to see the creature to the point she refuses to enter the third area.
however, nobody but claire reports ever seeing this creature. there is some evidence, such as small blood stains on the bed and dead animals (bunnies, mice, etc.) appearing inside the nurse's office at random times.
wether you believe the story or not is entirely up to you.
