As a kid I always thought doctors of various kinds had your best interests at heart, but they’re all realy just people and sometimes people suck. One time a dentistry office I was going to was getting desperate for cash flow so they offered “free wisdom tooth consultations,” which I took them up on.
After a long wait and finally getting in the door it was clear that they were just telling everyone they should take them out regardless of impact on their teeth. It was like free money in their eyes. That place closed down a few years later and also made me kinda jaded about the industry for a while.

Yesterday’s hint was “If it’s dark, we drill. If it’s crooked, we straighten it. These bones will be perfect at all costs.”
