Since its close to my #1 favorite holiday, Halloween, I thought Id celebrate by drawing my favorite early '90s tv show. From right to left is Krumm, Ickis, and Oblina. I think Ickis is the best. Used episode as referance. No tracing. ^_^ #Halloween #cartoon

Thank you all and you Pucca-chan!! I shouldve added the shading to give it more depth but didnt feel like it. I am glad I did it though. Thank you friends for getting me to finish it!!
