How i Animate on colors! by TheMoonlightFlower
Now the reason why i did this tutorial was because i was actually thinking about a question @/pepperdraws ask me on my AWM Bloopers Pt 2 Animation, so i decided that TODAY might be the day i show of how i animate! How i animate is i think a bit more different than other peoples so yeah!

(Also just so i re-correct myself for steps 2 & 3 when i ment "out of like the painting canvas" i ment like on the paint border i think it is (You know what i mean right?) you can basically used the select & move tool and the select and fill tool on the thing but it does only affect the thing you did on the painting, im not sure if painting border is the right thing to call it but thats what i call it so...idk...Sorry if this did not help. <:'D Im bad at being specific about stuff so...yeah...)
