i feel like everything i try is a dead end.. and when i feel okay i find something out and i feel immediately betrayed.. but i feel like if i try to talk about it ill be told im in the wrong. I dont know where to go. lately I feel powerless. Im loosing hope on getting through the week.

@Demianisthemanz i just have alot on my mind, nothing is that serious but all together it feels like alot, i had some news broke to me and i felt kind of betrayed but now im just upset bc my dad is getting promoted to where hes off work every other week and hes almost always in a bad mood and he takes everything out on me, (body shaming, screaming at me, threatening me(not harmful) ect. i just feel mentally abused by him and now he will be home more so its not helping.. T - T
