this is a rain/skywing hybrid requested by @skykid !!! i tried to base them off of a scarlet macaw because they r red so... ya. if it were me, i would name this character macaw even if its probably alresdy taken I DONT CARE!!!! i hc that this character can only change the color of their rainwing parts like frill and wing undersides UHHH OK BYE NOW
