This issue was resolved on my end a bit ago, but I still wish to report it to prevent it in the future.

So, I was on Colors Quest, and I accidentally forgot to see my score from last time, and went ahead and did another quest. Unfortunately, it seemed to cause a glitch. When I checked the score, it said my past painting was submitted to this new prompt.
