I found a cool app that lets you pose 3d models for references, Ya have to pay for female bodies and body types though unfortunately :/ (the app's called "MagicPoser" if anyone's wondering)

Anyways heres a base I made with it :3 it's completely free to use so no need to ask lol. I included layers that give an idea of where to put shadows and highlights if u need it
