This Man is one of my favourite inventers from the 1997 film Flubber. Flubber is one of my favourite films and has been since I was 14 or 15. I used to laugh my head off at this and still do sometimes. This mad Scientist creates some Green goo that acts like rubber and elastic who he names Flubber. By doing so, he thinks Flubber could change and save the future.
