Lowell is trying to trick Neo into thinking that she herself is behind all the murders in the city!
Neo is a cop by day, but when night comes all the murders happen....
Lowell's cunning plan is to get into Neo's mind and make her believe that all the murders Lowell committed are her responsibility! Even that she has come to hurt her beloved companions! Thats all a cruel lie of Lowell
