It’s day 2 in Spooktober land, and I feel like reading a good book. Maybe some kind of monster story? The hint for day 2 was “Horrific eyes creep open in a gray room so cold, as says a tale from dark days and years of old." The solution? Frankenstein's monster!

1. There may be winner’s badges! I’m still discussing details with the devs, but it’s looking pretty good so far.
2. This year there’s a couple other judges, so the plan right now is to use the day after to pick the previous days winner and post it the day after. So for example Day 1 is judged on Day 2 and announced on Day 3.
3. Like last year, you'll also be able to check the leaderboards, which will be going up soon!

hiiiiiii @Smallpoly It's @_-_twilight here!!!!! I think the #spooktober Day 3 is A CANDLE!!!!!: you light a candle, it gets brighter and brighter, until the wax goes down and it becomes nothing at all!

The way I did it last year is the first person to get it right gets a shout out on the next post.
Once I've seen how long the leaderboards are taking to maintian this year I'll see about also tracking who gets the most correct answers to the riddles.

Yeah, the idea is that the riddle is posted one day ahead of the topic it is for, so there's 24 hours to guess each one before the answer is revealed.

This year I'm also including user-submitted riddles, which is another way to get your username highlighted in the post if used. If it doesn't get used, anyone who does a valid submission will still get a thank you in the wrap up post.
