A bit inspired by Twisted Glisten.
Twisted Laztrix will skate towards the closest Toon in sight and basically toonnap them. Since it's closest and not first, he can be distracted by a faster Toon. When trapping a Toon, he carries them around, disabling them and making them a spectator for the whole floor until Panic Mode, when he drops the Toon and becomes hostile towards everyone. Otherwise, he'll attack other Toons to protect the one he stole. Continued...

If all others Toons are k!lled before the floor is complete, Laztrix will let go of the last Toon and skate away. When Panic Mode starts, the toonnapped has 2.5 seconds to run before he attacks them. When looking for a Toon, he has a long sight range and moderate attention spam, but both become short while he's already carrying around a Toon. The toonnapped cannot be harmed when held by Laztrix, but cannot help until it's time to leave. Laztrix is also meant to have dialogue like Glisten.

When looking for a Toon, he skates around aimlessly at a fast speed. It becomes moderate while he's already carrying a Toon, perhaps like he's a bit weighed down. He'll continue to skate around randomly, but will attack other Toons within his now short reach. So inspired by the fact that Toon can babysite Twisted Glisten, Twisted Laztrix WILL babysit Toons and there's (almost) nothing anyone can do about it. :)
