@S1eepy_Bxnny The reason the head looks smaller and the foot looks longer is because I wanted to try a perspective effect. The subject is viewed from below, so the foot is closer and the head is farther away. Although, achieving this perspective effect in practice isn’t easy, so I’m not sure if it comes across clearly
i would never be able to do anything as good as this- but in my personall opinion its good but perspective wise the left leg would look larger thn the right because the camera is closer to that side. personally i think its incredible but i would just make the left leg a lil wider and the foot a inch smaller :heartpulse: x
@S1eepy_Bxnny Thank you so much for your feedback and the compliments! Yes, I should have made the back leg slightly thinner and the front leg a bit longer. As for the foot, I’ll keep in mind to adjust the size if I want to add more details in a future drawing. You have a great eye for detail; noticing these proportional nuances isn’t easy, and I always find it challenging to get the dimensions right
tysm. np. oki. same tbh- i notice proportion nuances but when i try to fix em i just make it look completely worse. i cant draw out correct proportions at all :sob:  it always looks goofy. ur an incredible drawer, anatomy must be ur area? xx
@S1eepy_Bxnny I totally get you, bodies are so hard to draw! Before reaching my current level, I had to practice a lot on paper. Now, digital drawing is a whole different thing, especially because one thing I love to do to help with proportions is sketching the silhouette of the pose I want to represent. I haven’t done any in-depth study on anatomy, but since drawing characters is what I love the most, I’ve watched tons of tutorials on YouTube hahahaha
lol, i agree i struggle alot with digital, im much better with paper and pencil, being a finger drawer i think is harder (i thought the sona pen nib was packaging and when i realized i lost it so now my sona pen is unalived and un-usable) ive never thought of watching yt tutorials, ill try that, thanks for the idea. but yea the other day i was drawing and i was trying to use the 'reversed tool' I WAS LAUGHING MY HEAD OFF, its not too much of a struggle but extremely different :joy: :smiling xxxx
@S1eepy_Bxnny If you’re looking for a replacement for your Sonar Pen, I recommend trying a high-precision touch pen with a flexible transparent disc tip. I use it as an alternative to the Sonar Pen and it works really well for me. Plus, I got it for around €6. Just make sure not to confuse it with the regular styluses with a round rubber tip; this one is like a regular ink pen but with a disc at the tip, similar to the Sonar Pen. The only thing is that you won’t be able to use pressure sensitivity
@Viviol I’m so glad you liked it! Unfortunately, I have to admit that I don’t follow a consistent drawing schedule. I tend to have bursts of creativity where I draw non-stop, but then I might take breaks that vary in length. So, I can’t guarantee a regular release of bases. Also, my only goal isn’t just to create bases; sometimes I like to draw things just for fun :D
