this could be tmi, but my advice is: conservative grandmas are suprisingly more willing to talk about health topics than the "fun grandparent" or even your mom in most cases. Or, health teacher, asking any other teacher's class be inappropriate. Just make sure they're not weirdos and there is some level of supervision when talking to a ********* or teacher. And, female doctors may have better advice. Worry about embarrassing stupid question? Nurse can put unimportant stupid qusetions off record

I'm sorry but It's inappropriate if continue this conversation since this will never happen to me.
All I know is, wise old fashioned Granndmothers often give much better advice than parents or health councilng on health topics.
I knew two supervising managers working for non-profit organizations also gave good health advice to me or someone else.
