To answer your question, Rige are a race of intelligent mamal's with their own civilization and democracy. Each Rige has it's own unique ability (s) like levitation or power over animals and no Rige is idzactly like. ( unless their're twin's ) Each Rige has at least 5 facial stripe's. Beside's stripes, they can have any sort of marking or coloration. ( except for thing's like star's ) Their marking's glow aswell. A Rige can have fluffy fur but having long fur is very rare. Every Rige has an anthro form which they use for more complicated work like carving out block's of stone for building's. That's what a Rige is.
