Its amazing for many decades has passed yet we haven't gotten a single brand new official Pac-Man games. I mean sure we've gotten remakes & remasters as far that goes but its only just a small crumb of things goes when it comes to Namco's mascot. Its a shame since his latest 2009 release was his last official main game of the series he's been reduced to mostly merchandise & product placements its like the Pac-Man we all knew suddenly has nearly "vanished". I don't really count Pac-Man 99 nor Tunnel battle as "new games" since its basically online multiplayer based.

However I am pleased with Pac-Man World Re-Pac since I've never had the chance on owning the original, I'm only hoping now for the sequel Pac-Man World 2 Re-Pac if today's Bandai-Namco permits on remaking it. :/

One can hope one day in time if another official new Pac-Man mainline game of any kind will be in the works? Til then we'll just have to keep the Pac in on our daily lives much as possible we can. (:
