Try this with a colour wheel only and one with a triangle just use a pixel brush and transpery lock.

1. duplicate pixels with the pixel brush, Then do more layers. Use the select size tool which is the scissors then merge the layers down then do 2 more. layers. Turn transpery lock on then colour it then disable it.

2. try step one again then draw a triangle and flood fill it.
