i have ptsd of a doctors office and hospitals
so i have strep and went to the doctors my mam made me go in the waiting room i had a frickin panic attack my leg was bouncing 3 thousand miles per hour i was at the verge of tears my hands covered my face and i was freaking i have marks on my legs frim my fingers digging into my knees i didnt break diwn thank gid bu i felt so scared and unsafe that i had high stress levels and i almost threw up ptsd is no joke its scarey
