Ordinarily I would simply delete something like this when I start over, but for some reason I decided to share this scrapped attempt.
Worked on for about 4 accumulated hours before I decided I didn't like how this was going, and restarted from scratch with a different idea in mind. I liked the second attempt a lot more, and proceeded to work on that one instead.
Don't be afraid to restart if you don't like your painting, or if a better idea comes later.
Also this canvas is not 2560-1080p.
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

For context:
Part of the reason why I take a long time between painting here is that I often start with a concept in mind, make a sketch or two as practice for proportions and poses, then proceed to make a Proof of Concept. I will then critically analyze the PoC, and decide what I do and do not like. Sometimes it would simply be easier to erase a piece, or start over from scratch. You'll be surprised how much better you do on your second, or even third go at a thing.

Also, I measured out the aspect ratio for this canvas using the pixel art tool and calculated it.. I think somewhere around 2480-955p. My Ultrawide monitor at home is 2560-1080p aspect ratio. On another canvas, I used the pixel tool to calculate a proper ultrawide ratio with some black bars that I can easily crop out with other software, and make my own desktop background with. Just a bit of little nit-picking if I'm going to be honest with myself.

Even though you consider this a scrapped attempt, I find the concept of the drawing very interesting! Also I totally understand how you feel. When I used to draw with paper and pen, I found it frustrating to have to erase and start over. Now that I draw digitally, I think it’s important to make the most of this medium, even if it means erasing and retrying multiple times until we’re satisfied with the result

For example, I spent a lot of time on my dragon girl drawing, but most of that time was spent analyzing and correcting things I didn’t like. Despite all the time and corrections, I’m still not 100% satisfied with the result. Not that I’m disappointed, but I know I still lack a lot of experience and knowledge. However, after so much effort, it would have been more disappointing not to publish it. This way, I can receive feedback and show the evolution of my technique over time

@AyceEternal and @kittyno3again
That's the thing though. I put about 4 hours of effort into this before a better idea came to mind. I was left to decide to either keep working on this, do some major overhauling, or simply start over. After sleeping on the idea for a night, I decided it would be easier to just start over from the beginning. Sometimes you just need to get very close to your goal before you realize it isn't exactly what you want.

@RobbyDiax
That's the learning process. I don't know if I'll ever have a perfect comprehension on everything, but I do know that being experimental, and trying new things makes a big difference.
The thing I like about digital is that there is less risk of expensive cost with mistakes. You don't need to worry about ruining an expensive canvas. The only concern is making sure you don't drop the device.

To be honest, even if this is just scrapped, it stll looks good! Sad that you have to start over.

@BigBoy23
I don't mind starting over. It's actually quite exciting when you get a better idea, and see it come to fruition. It's like a speedrunner finding some new shortcut, and retrying their favorite game again, and making a new world record.
