hey yall. ik u havent heard from me for awhile, i got real busy and some scary sh!ts been happening...(see next post for info on that. i and do ask everyone reading this to go there, its very very important to me)
but ive been having a ruff time dude.. im in volleyball (we kicking butt btw) but i hurt my back over break and now im screwed. im libero, fro those of you who don know, that pretty much means i throw my body around the court to keep the ball in the air.

so having a bad back rn sucks. but im not quite sure what it is
my dad found that one or two of my spine bones(spinal column? whats it called?) is popped forward, so that would explain the fact the there is starting to hurt, but the og spot feels like a pinched nerve. which would suck dude..
buti also feel like im just weak and stupid for complaining abt this.. next post will explain that but dude T_T
going to the chyroprator soon (cant spell. the doc that pops you back into plac :skull:)
