after seeing chara's dead body, toriel and asgore pieced together what happened. asgore got there just in time to see asriel die. he hurried and picked up his ashes, then ran out of there. the ashes were later spread on the buttercups. asgore and toriel both stayed together in the Ruins, the big door staying open.
#underexperiment
chara grew up in an abusive household, and fell down mt ebott to comit su1c1de. the plan obviously failed, so they ate the buttercups to die faster.
