@Del that's what was said in the forums but I'd never seen Bobby Chiu's work until now, the closest picture that probably had influence is http://chowdown.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d3g5htu which I now remember seeing months ago but as for Bobby chiu I honestly cant remember seeing his picture that's similar to this anywhere defiantly has me baffled how similar it is though... Now I've seen his work he is a pretty fantastic artist :D
