HAD TO GO ON MY COMPUTER TO DO THIS OMFG CL IS BEIN WONKY ON MY SWITCH
So when im done with colors/lines i duplicate the layers and merge the extras, making sure it's over the other ones, then i use transparency lock and fill it in with any color (usually cool colors / blue and purple) i then use the soft bruch on a low opacity to put light red on the face or wherever i want to, i expiriment a bit with it sometimes, for this one I used the lighten tool and a high opacity.
then i just the layer opacity
