Haven't played all of them. Haven't played anything older than the original Ruby and Sapphire games I think.

And I haven't really played much of b&w 2 or heart gold or soul silver.

but that's pretty much it. I've played the rest

How's S/V? Ive heard conflicting opinions

It's fun, but also kinda under-whelming.

The plot is... hard to find at times, and the ability run in the same world as your friends is really cool, but so severely limited that it just didn't live up to the hype it was given.

It also glitches a good bit. All visual (most of the time) so it doesn't interfere with game play, but I know that can be a detraction for people.

In sort:

It's a pokemon game, so it's pretty good

but it's not really a good pokemon game
