Interesting..
This does a fairly good job capturing the deep unseen need of those who are struggling deep inside, and for one reason or another don't want to show it, whether they know they can get help or not, all the while giving a hidden call for help in their words that were meant to be heard by those close enough to see the eyes behind the mask.
At least that's how I have interpreted this.
