But thats fun to know! I too, have artist art saved for later, it's easier to figure out how to draw a certain way! (Also tends to come to a price, where my style with change to fit a certain character... alot :/)

Exactly! Like, it seems every character does not meet the same art style! The way I draw my OC's are sooooo different than fanart, and even in fandom places, the characters still look different!
Might be because I'm looking at fanart for how I want to draw them, but oh well, I guess

@Bloopy_Doop ikrr especially if ur makingfanart of a character with features you dont normally draw (ex: geckomoria) it takes alot more thinking to try and stylize them in ur own way, or else it could look pretty similar to the piece of media it was originally from

Yes! Like, Sometimes I want to steal peoples artsyles, cus they fit how I would LOVE to draw them as! Then I remember thats wrong so now I gotta be creative... Still-
But yeah, characters with a diff body shape can be a lot more harder. Sucks when you can't find the "right" reference for them
