for food, potato chips and corn on the cob aren't recommended for braces. (i think that's it)

no gum

for me, i've eaten how i usually do and i havent broken anything, but corn gets stuck a lot

the first week is the hardest, the pain goes away and i hardly notice them anymore. first few days after they get tightend kinda hurts too

and i was pissed when i first got them, i'll be more grateful when i get them off and have nice teeth lol

The hurt for the first few days(Like the first week), so It best to take medicine b4 the pain starts

And when they stop hurting you can eat SOME hard stuff on the back teeth :thumbsup:

yeah they tighten them every 2 months. it doesnt hurt when they tighten its just a bit sore after

im a bit knew to braces, but yes, the foods i was told not to eat are foods like raw vegetables, popcorn, gum, pizza (because of the hard crust) and basically any hard foods.

and from my experience, braces only hurt for about two days after you get them on (i haven't gotten my braces tighten yet, but i assume that will hurt for 2 days as well)

Wait-YOU CANT EAT POTATO CHIPS? I got braces like last month and I ate like, Half of a psrty sized bg of them for no reasn while watching the Simpsons :sob: (Dont ask why I ate the whole bag the next day :skull:, I was hungry :sob:)
