i think it kinda sucks but i tried man, i tried
yk something i find interesting about masked slashers is how the mask, in a way, is used to dehumanize them
to strip them of their humanity in the eyes of the viewer and victim
thats why they usually have masks of inhuman things like animals, monsters, objects, blank faces etc..
but then there is Michael Myers who uses the mask of a man
not a particularly monstrous man
just. A man
it paints a deliciously horrific picture
