Some ocs I made when I was younger, a Siberian Husky (Used to be a girl but I changed it, name ideas? :/ ) and Border Collie (Dev/Devon)
I dont remember 100% of the setting for them but I think the main idea was that sea levels have risen due to global warming --> humans decide to live under water --> unsuccessful because every single human would take up too much space --> save dogs instead and provide them with technology --> over the years dogs adapt to the water pressure and become humanlike
