This is pretty good. I actually really like the effort you put into the snow flakes. XD More effort than i've put into them to be honest.
If there was any point where I think this could be improved on, it might be to use more bold rim lighting on the dragon's face where the light sources would be highlighting the face. Otherwise, this loos great. : )
I love the sight of snow.
