1) draw random lines on one layer
2) Set eraser opacity to 80%
3) Start erasing the lines u drawed, but don't erase entirely
4) Then start to replicate the layer mutiple time and merge it together
5) Repeat 3 and 4 mutiple times until u like the results
And its also called The Acid Backround
