so, yesterday was Christmas right? and i thought everything was fine but that night my throat started hurting and i couldnt sleep so i stayed up till like 4....
i thought my parents were asleep but it turns out they werent and started fighting.
i just stayed in my room because im pretty used to it and didnt wanna deal with the screaming so i tried to sleep, a little bit later mom started crying and i hate it when she crys so i went into her room to comfort her, i hugged her as she cried (cont)

and thought everything was gonna be ok, then she went out and started yelling at dad more and i got scared so i went back to my room, i was snugging my dog and trying to sleep when mom was crying again in her room and saying she didnt wanna be here anymore, i got scared because mom has a history of trying to commit slewerslide or shes hurt herself, so when i went in her room and saw her with a belt, i took it away and tried to help her calm down and relax, she said she was fine and i (cont)

could sleep and everything would be ok... of course everything wasnt and dad went into her room and started yelling at her as he closed the door, when he left i heard choking noises and went to check on mom. she had a bandanna kinda thing, wrapped around her neck and she was trying to strangle herself, dad came rushing in and yelled at me to go to bed so i left and he yelled at mom as she took the bandanna off her neck, i didnt know what to do and i had gotten really scared so i sat on (cont)

the edge of my bed, rocking back and forth as i tried to calm down. im pretty sure i had a panic attack well i was sitting there but i was trying to do everything i could to not hurt myself, after i finally calmed down i layed down to try and get some rest, mom was still crying and i couldnt stop thinking about her hurting herself so i made the post to get everything out, i needed someone to talk to because i was loney so i pretended to be ok, hoping no one would check the playback, and (cont)

posted it to see if anyone was awake, after about 10 minutes i had calmed down all the way and went to check on mom again, she was laying down in bed and crying so i asked what was wrong and she said dad was hitting and abusing her and she had a soft spot on her head, i got an ice pack for her and tried to get her to feel better before laying down in bed and reading some comics on my tablet, i finally fell asleep around 8am and woke up around 3:40ish to mom and dad still arguing, it seems (cont)

like their getting a divorce and mom says we might leave becuase he wont, sorry this took so long btw and i hope i didnt overshare but thats about everything
