I had this dream where a girl moves with her family to Cat city, because of high crime rate at her previous hometown. The city is named Cat city cause there's a lot of cats appearing mysteriously every day. As soon as the girl and her family arrive, she gets very sick. Later on she discovers that she is turning into a cat. So she goes on a journey to find a cure before school starts. Only to find that her sickness is a curse made by a cat-loving wizard.
