We went to the beach in Maryland before we went to go pick up my brother, when it was time to go, I got up, and my whole face felt like it was on fire, and my body felt super heavy, like I could collapse at any moment, I felt like I was gonna die, lesson learned, don't go to the beach in weather your not used to, I came from one of the least humid states in this country, and I really think it was both the humidity and the heat that caused my heatstroke, I think I got a sunburn too-
