In Vault 4, level 12 was STRICTLY off-limits. That was the rule. But, after a "surface dweller tradition"- everyone but a single person got semi-[redacted] to worship the "Flame Mother"- and a visit with Maximus in his brand-new room (he has no desire to leave), it became glaringly obvious that something was very wrong here. In search of the truth, "Goosey", as she's called by the Overseer, does the last thing you'd expect her to do: go to Level 12. Upon arrival, a corridor was all that separated the cover from the truth. With the flashlight on her Pip-Boy on, she walked down the corridor. A gulper was in a tank to the left, however there was more to the right... so Lucy (her actual name) decided to head to the starboard side.
