please dont comment about my self care as i've been out of it lately [like the past 7 months anyways um] i've stopped taking care of myself and my appearance so my arms, body, and hair are quite dirty and stuff but i dont really like baths alot because yea :pray: i dont rlly brush my teeth either due to having really sensitive teeth and gums
