Allos was pretty sweet and innocent before Allians death, always helping people with their power.
However he went insane and tried to k!ll himself, being immortal, he instead tortured Winston in attempt to get them to k!ll him out of rage (in the commentd its explained why.)
Probably near the end he cools down and instead just spends his time bugging Winston in attempts to cool his temper.
