Every Monster is now messed up. No one could feel emotion. Not only were these anti-depressents made, but alcohol, cigarettes, and various other addictive things were also started to be made. These pills were nicknamed "Monster Magnets" due to how addictive they were. No humans beside Chara and Frisk fell in Mt. Ebbot in this AU. Alphys took over 50 'Monster Magnets', (MM for short), in a single day, and died. Everyone else is alive.
